Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $100.
Flat $12 shipping on all other domestic orders.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has been handed to the carrier.

International Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $100.
Flat $25 shipping on all other international orders.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees determined by your local government. Joy Story Club is not responsible for these charges.

Processing times remain 5 to 10 business days before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Joy Story Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered the fulfillment process.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@joystoryclub.com as soon as possible.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be edited or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@joystoryclub.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Final Sale Items

Limited releases, special items, and promotional products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

General Policy

Joy Story Club reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
